Terry moved to Alabama in 2019 and has lived in the community since 2021. He is an attorney in downtown Birmingham and is licensed in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Barbara retired after 36 years in accounting, moved to Trussville to be near family, and enjoys reading, volunteering, and travel.

Caitlin has served on the Brooke’s Crossing HOA Board since 2019. She works as a Pediatric Nurse at Children’s Hospital. She enjoys books and movies, and she and her husband have recently welcomed a new member to her family!

Tanya is a Business Analyst for CBRE. She resides in this lovely community with her husband, Darrell and their two boys Branden and Darrell Jr. and their dog, Bentley. She enjoys spending time with her family and staying physically fit.

Donna McGuffie

Donna is married with four children and eight grandchildren and a twenty-two-year resident of Trussville. She grew up in Cahaba Heights and attended Shades Valley High School, entering the workforce right after graduation. Donna’s career has been in corporate sales and the last twenty years were with Milo’s Tea Company. After retiring from Milo’s, Donna decided to get her real estate license and has been a Realtor at eXp Realty for the past three years. After having lived in Brookes Crossing for the past 6 years, she is happy to serve on the Board of Directors for the HOA.
